Olsztyn Planetarium and Astronomical Observatory invite adult amateurs of the astronomy to take part in the Astronomical Workshop.

The Astronomical Workshop will take place at the Planetarium and Astronomical Observatory in Olsztyn on 24th to 28th May 2010.

The Astronomical Workshop will be focused on practical activities. Although there will be a theoretical introduction to the theme, the workshop will essentially be based on practical experimental and observational activities, followed by the reflection and discussion.

The main activities will be related to the learning orientation on the sky - how to find an interesting object on the night sky such as: stars, planets, constellations or nebulas. How to build your own sundial or how to start your own astronomical observations.
